Create a Member Event in ReadyCloud Using Zapier

Member Event Zaps are useful for stay on top of your schedule. These events will be added to your ReadyCloud Suite color-coded Calendar, so you never forget an important meeting, webinar, phone call or other event again.

Follow these simple steps to create these types of Zaps:

1. From the “Make a Zap” menu, choose the Google Calendar’s option of “New Event” as your Trigger.

2. For your Action, choose ReadyCloud CRM and “Create Member Event.” Customize it with a Team and Member option.

3. This will find the correct Team Member contact in ReadyCloud. Then, fill in the attendees section to associate the member event with the correct customer contact in ReadyCloud.

4. Once you name the Zap, you can turn it on and automatically have Google Calendar events added to customer profiles and team member calendars wwithin ReadyCloud CRM to make that profile even more detailed than it was before.
