How to Create a New Contact Note Trigger in Zapier
Contact note trigger events can be used automate customer communications by sending email directly from ReadyCloud or even opening new tickets on behalf of a customer in your favorite help desk software.
To trigger a new contact note Zap, follow these simple steps:
1. Simply select ReadyCloud and New Contact Note as your Trigger.
2. Next, select an integration where you would like to send new ReadyCloud contact notes such as Gmail, HelpScout, or a different help desk.
3. Lastly, add the ReadyCloud contact note information you would like to send as an email to the customer or even create a new ticket in your help desk.
