How to Use the Customer Service Module

ReadyReturns is a powerful ecommerce product returns system that gives you all the tools you’ll need to make the buying and returning experience a positive one for your valued customers. 

One of the most popular features is the Customer Service Module, which gives you the ability to generate an RMA, process a return and so much more. 

Here’s how you use this module:

  1. Open ReadyReturns and click on “Customer Service” on the top toolbar. 
  2. You can search for orders in the “Order Search” bar or you can unlock orders in the “Unlock Order” bar. 
  3. To find orders, simply enter the order number into the preferred search bar and click “Search” or “Unlock” respectively. 
  4. This will find any related orders by order number and give you options to either create an RMA or unlock a locked order. 
  5. You can also create a new return by simply filling out the required fields, entering any comments to email the customer and checking the required boxes. 
  6. Once done, click “Complete Return.”
