How to Use the Customer Service Module
ReadyReturns is a powerful ecommerce product returns system that gives you all the tools you’ll need to make the buying and returning experience a positive one for your valued customers.
One of the most popular features is the Customer Service Module, which gives you the ability to generate an RMA, process a return and so much more.
Here’s how you use this module:
- Open ReadyReturns and click on “Customer Service” on the top toolbar.
- You can search for orders in the “Order Search” bar or you can unlock orders in the “Unlock Order” bar.
- To find orders, simply enter the order number into the preferred search bar and click “Search” or “Unlock” respectively.
- This will find any related orders by order number and give you options to either create an RMA or unlock a locked order.
- You can also create a new return by simply filling out the required fields, entering any comments to email the customer and checking the required boxes.
- Once done, click “Complete Return.”
